Daryl and Janet Daughtry, Co-Founders (United States)
Daryl and Janet established Life Breakthrough Coaching & Academy to fill a need in the areas of Christian life coach training and certification. They wanted to create some of the very best material that they possibly could to equip faith-based coaches to serve the Body of Christ around the world that is highly affordable, highly practical, and highly biblical. Daryl and Janet bring 40-plus years of teaching and ministry experience each to the program. They have been involved in pastoral care, discipleship training, and church leadership. Daryl also has a background as a newspaper and magazine publisher, which gives him insights into the business and marketing side of things. Janet has worked for various ministries and churches over the years and brings with her the solid foundation of seminary training. They both are multi-certified life coaches and have training in several specialty areas.

Co-founders Cierra Stallworth and Charity Washington have a vision to make studying his word a safe, fun and enjoyable experience. They are certified advanced coaches and trainers on a mission to help women dive deeper into His word and seek Him to answer their tough questions. They tossed their corporate jobs aside to fulfill the will of God in their lives and to help women discover all that God has for them too. Their ministry has already touched the lives of over 45,000 women, which has led to journeys of self-discovery, purpose, ministry, and new careers.
Renato and Patrizia Amato (Italy)
Renato and Patrizia are both certified life coaches and endorsed coach trainers. They add to the coaching program 38 years of missionary experience and discipleship training in 15 countries around the world, which has equipped them with the outstanding knowledge and capability of relating to people of different languages and cultures. Renato and Patrizia offer the main course both in English and Italian, and have been training new Life Breakthrough Coaches from about 20 nationalities on 3 different continents.
Lynne Lee (United Kingdom)
Lynne has a Diploma in Life Coaching and is a Certified Life Breakthrough Coach and life coach trainer. She has over 32 years of experience in pastoral care and discipleship and mentoring. Lynne also holds a Diploma in Theological Studies and is a qualified experienced teacher and trainer with over 32 years teaching experience. Lynne loves coaching and the results it produces. She never tires of seeing how even small changes of perspective can lead to big changes.
David Guerrero (United States)
David is an ordained minister with over 12 years experience in pastoral counseling, along with thirteen years in private health facility administration. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Religion/Theology and a Masters Degree in Ministry. David is a board certified, faith-based Christian counselor and holds chaplaincy credentials as well as being a certified Christian life coach. David also teaches our courses in Spanish.
Beth Jones-Schall (United States)
Beth is a leadership coach, speaker and author for business professionals, direct selling professionals and Christian businesswomen. She has a BA degree in elementary education from Muskingum University and Masters work in education from Akron University and the College of Mount St. Joseph. Beth has coaching certifications from Professional Christian Coaching and Counseling Academy, the John C. Maxwell Leadership Coaching Group, and the Life Breakthrough Academy. She is a proven, powerful coach and speaker who knows how to motivate others to get results.
Shauna Parker (United States)
Shauna is a Certified Christian Mindset Coach, Podcaster, and Coach Trainer, passionate about helping Christian Entrepreneurs reach their full potential. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration: Management and has additional training from the renowned Ziglar Corporation. Shauna’s joy comes from helping Christian Entrepreneurs discover their divine calling through five core components: spiritual gift(s), love language, passion-driven pursuits, aspirational goals, and heartfelt concerns.
